We have been in the CarbonFreeHeat USA business for more than 15 years, from the days before Heat Pumps we were first enthusiasts and only afterwards did we decide this was the business for us.

We stock a wide range of equipment and we are sure that whatever you need we will have it in stock. North American orders and orders within the USA , Canada zone will be shipped from Ireland. Depending on where you live your order will either be shipped from our Mayo warehouse or from our other depot in Cork.

We offer CarbonFreeHeat USA systems for you to install, all with no contract and no monthly fee. If you would prefer one of our experienced tech support guys to help you with your DIY install then please email us on tech@carbonfreeheat.com

Why are we based in Ireland? We are based in Ireland as we ship worldwide and no one has more shipping options for worldwide despatch than Ireland, Also we use DHL for single small orders and DHL offer a next day delivery to all of the USA ( MAINLAND) and also to the entire European Continent so Ireland is uniqely situated between the USA and Europe. So no matter where you live we can DHL a package to you in super quick time or for larger items like Solar PANELS and Wind Turbine Poles and some of our larger Wind Turbines we can ship those by sea , door to door in less than a week typically.
