99% of all small orders placed by 1pm EST Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be packed and shipped same day.

USA orders will go out with the UPS, DHL or Fedex courier service so if you order on Monday then your delivery day is Wednesday / Thursday. All orders no matter where you live in the USA will be shipped via a registered courier and tracking numbers are available on request.

European orders will take 3 working days and so will orders to the UK. Orders from Spain and Italy will take 4-5 working days. All orders no matter where you live in Europe will be shipped via a registered courier and tracking numbers are available on request.

We offer Free Delivery on almost all  products to mainland USA and to all European Countries. however heavy items like Solar Panels and Air Source heat Pumps are shipped by weight. Delivery costs are calculated as follows $5 per kilogram so if your shopping cart weighs 22kgs then the shipping cost is $110 door to door.

Please allow up to 6 days for UPS, DHL or Fedex delivery before you call us to track a missing parcel.
